Organic Sage Sticks

Burning Sage raises the vibration of your space by clearing stuck, stagnant or negative energy.

HOW TO SMUDGE

1. Be sure to open all doors and windows to allow for airflow and to provide a way for the negative energy to be released from the space.
2. Set a clear intention of what you hope to clear and release through the cleansing ritual.
3. Holding the sage stick, light one end with a candle, match or lighter and allow it to burn for 20 seconds before carefully blowing it out, allowing the embers to create smoke.
4. Once you feel your cleanse is complete, place the Sage stick into your fireproof bowl or shell and gently press the embers into the dish until they burn out.
5. Remember to always exercise care and caution when working with fire.
